Promotes the same outlook in the Team.Volunteers for new challenges and eager to learn and challenge himself for new tasks as well build a network outside the immediate Team and encourage an atmosphere where team can thrive.Demonstrates solid understanding of Transportation and Logistics Space.Knows the standard workflows involves around Transportation suite of products and WMS/ERP.What you’ll do:Serves as a functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsorsEnsure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project teamCommunicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancementsInteracts with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the teamWork with Operate team/adapts to service delivery cross matrix global team to make Customer Stable during project phases and post go-live and venture towards value realization.Conducts functional analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional needs of the client and develops functional solutions to meet those needs. Provide variety of functional support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming. Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration.Works as a senior member of a consulting team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom projects either at the customer site or offshore.What we are looking for: 10+ Years of Supply chain technology experience. Experienced can be lesser if knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS has been acquired in previous Implementation projects.Masters/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or Business or other relevant discipline.Expertise in functional configuration of TMS product, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing and Optimization Design.5+ years of Hands-on Experience on Functional configuration of TMS product (preferably Blue Yonder /i2 TMS).Should be able to perform basic to intermediate level queries using SQL and should work on TMS APIs at ease. Good have to knowledge on SOAP/REST/JSON structures.Displays sound knowledge on Blue Yonder TMS API and actively participates in integration deiscussions.Knowledge on interfaces between TMS and ERP/Host, WMS.Parcel Handling, INTTRA or any visibility Player Integration knowledge are preferred.Expertise in Master data setup , Tariff Modelling, Optimization Design and Financial Implementation.Ability to visualize Integration related touch points between systems at enterprise level around TMS.Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration and Middleware technologies and applicationsAbility to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultantsStrong proactive communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization/customer to maximize problem resolution while effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialized functional questions. Nice to have good presentation skills using Excel, Powerpoint.Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently effectively and proactivelyTeamwork mentalityContributes to the growth of the functional consulting practice by developing and maintaining practice aids, databases, best-practice collateral.Ensures compliance with the following internal and external company policies and procedures: Company project methodology On-time submission of Time, Travel and Expenses report Company procedures related to travel and expenses Upskill self on Skill sets and availability requirements as per the organization's needsProvides guidance to Support Services in responding to base functional issues or on the projects involved.Understanding of Database structures.
