You will effectively manage integration projects across a variety of platforms, meeting agreed timelines and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will be working alongside an established team with various backgrounds in logistics, project management and technology. Key Accountabilities: Configure the project44 platform to enable customers to reduce time to value with project44 APIs. Learn project44 products and APIs, CSV/EDI configurations, in order to support various customer set ups Work with team of resources to guide on configuration, provide support on customer communications, and remove roadblocks Implement multiple projects at a time in various stages of implementation from set up to go live Report weekly on project status, outstanding risks, and upcoming tasks Create, update, and distribute documentation on standards and best practices for integration with project44 Requirements & Preferred Skills 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in: Customer integrations/implementations, or Software systems delivery, or Supply chain/logistics technology integrations (e.g. EDI integration knowledge Fluency in English is required Experience or knowledge of supply chain processes a plus Experience or knowledge with APIs (JSON or XML) a plus Experience working with Postman and Kibana is a plus Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting Knowledge of writing technical documentation and understanding customer requirements and use cases Ability to lead large groups of people using indirect authority to meet critical goals. Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
