The Role: As the Growth Marketing Manager at Northbeam, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth initiatives and expanding our customer acquisition. You will manage and execute strategic marketing campaigns for several channels with the goals of generating qualified leads, increase customer acquisition, and optimize customer retention. This position requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Drive pipeline: You’ll develop and execute revenue growth experiments for several acquisition channels to hit aggressive targets. You’ll obsess over new ways to scale and unlock ROI through data-driven analysis and continuous testing..
Architect, automate and build scalable revenue operation processes systems that include data extraction, cloud functions, enrichment functions, detection of buying intent signals, and optimization of existing email and LinkedIn outreach engines.
Conversion Optimization: You will breakdown each steps of you channels and analyze customer journeys to maximize conversion rate. Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to improve conversion rates and drive incremental growth.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, defining and tracking KPIs per channel. Build models for future predictable growth per channels.
Creatively Minded : Build or work closely with designers and copywriter to create oustanding copy and content
Qualifications:
Who You Are
A hacker’s mentality. You obsess over finding novel ways to drive revenue and eke out as much yield as possible from a given funnel. We place a big emphasis on creativity matched with the ability to break down an ambiguous problem into solvable components.
Experience: 2+ year of experience and proven track record of driving growth and achieving revenue targets in a growth marketing or digital marketing role.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and make informed decisions. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
Entrepreneurial mindset . You will be building everything from the ground up and will have to wear many hats, all while operating independently.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive channel plans aligned with business objectives.
Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, marketing automation and CRM, Email, Ads platforms.
