We want to help them go even further and we need your help!  We are looking for an Analyst III who is great at tackling complex questions: designing, executing and interpreting analysis, and collaborating with other teams to maximize data-driven decision making. You will report to our Head of Analytics and as a key member of our Analytics team, you’ll: Perform end-to-end analysis to drive actionable strategic insights, from discovery to execution and delivery, in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Own relationships with product teams to help them analyze features and experiments, and identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities Build high quality dashboards that are used across the organization to monitor key business performance and team-specific results. Work with data engineers to help ensure access, speed, and quality of data available to users across the company You’re a perfect fit for this role if your superpowers are asking the right questions, a roll-up your sleeves attitude, and excellent analytical reasoning .  The most important capabilities for the role are: Proactive and open communication and collaboration. We work in a fast-paced, remote environment where constant communication and collaboration is key. Data curiosity: Our team is all about going out and uncovering problems, and using data to determine the right course of action. The most impactful analyses aren’t always obvious! Technical Skills: Fluency with SQL (any kind, with a preference for PostgreSQL) Comfortable building models in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets). Pivot Tables, Index Match, and Sumifs should be no secret to you! Strong attention to detail, hunger to learn, and creative thinking. Nice-to-have, but not required: 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Product Development, or Strategy, ideally in a consumer facing internet platform. Experience with Looker and LookML Interest or experience in activism and social change. Interested? Great!
