HopSkipDrive ’s mission is to create opportunity for all through mobility. Our safe, innovative youth transportation solution is used by over 450 school districts, charter schools, non-profits and government agencies, and busy families to get kids where they need to go.
With nearly 500,000 yellow buses on the road every day and 3.5 billion miles driven a year, student transportation is the largest mass transit system in the US. And while districts spend $25 billion annually on transportation, only 30% of kids get to school on a bus every day. Add to the equation a crippling bus driver shortage and increasing needs for individualized transportation solutions, and it is clear the current system is expensive, inefficient, and ripe for disruption.

What You'll Do
Hire, train, and coach SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities and book meetings for the Sales Team
Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s
Create plans and handbooks for onboarding and training new SDR’s
Work closely with the Demand Gen to coordinate follow ups for various campaigns
Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers to improve lead qualifications and increase territorial knowledge
Work closely with Regional Sales Directors to create existing client engagement cadences to drive Regional Account Manager campaigns to generate upsell opportunities
Work closely with Marketing/Demand Generation to improve messaging and develop lead generation strategies
Work in collaboration with Marketing to develop effective messaging in order to increase inbound leads
Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment including individual OKR/KPI
Employ various outreach and CRM technologies to boost and maintain efficiencies
What you'll need:
5+ years of SDR Management or other sales role experience
Creative and strategic thinker who has a proven ability to see the big picture and understands where details and data inform that picture
Ability to work with a wide variety of people- both internally and externally; incredibly cross-functional
Ability to balance operational and client-facing tasks to ensure successful execution
Self-starter attitude with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
An exceptional people leader with a demonstrated capacity to hire, coach and manage a diverse and highly talented group of individuals; experience managing remote teams preferred
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
Experience with Tableau, Google Looker Studio or similar data visualization software
Experience with SalesForce, Kustomer or similar CRM preferred
Experience with other Sales & Marketing Engagement tools such as SalesLoft, Hubspot, Gong preferred

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is 85,000 to 100,000 base pay plus a strong competitive monthly commission. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
