The opportunity ngrok is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager for our Marketing org. The Growth Marketing Manager will have direct ownership for marketing-driven revenue globally. Leveraging our strong PLG market motion which serves $5M developers, you will play a key role in evolving our Go-To-Market as our team scales to serve all segments and executive-level buyers. You will partner closely with the GTM teams to build the organization and the marketing machine to successfully drive funnel acquisition, conversion, and retention. Responsibilities Grow the lead funnel, generate prospects and track sales results tied to marketing programs Create and manage the lead funnel/scoring and the programs to fill the funnel, including outbound programs, content creation and metrics related to the success of the marketing programs In partnership with Product Marketing, track and advise on customer retention marketing programs and product launches Focus is leads and results, working in close partnership with our Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support and Engineering team Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive leads, sales, and revenue growth Manage and increase SEO, backlinks and marketing campaigns related to improving visibility to brand and product capabilities Use analytics and data-driven insights to measure and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns and content, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders Manage the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for SEO, user experience, and lead generation Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors, such as agencies, freelancers, and influencers Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and content marketing Support and create excitement around product launches Report weekly and monthly on funnel status, lead traffic, program results, and campaign results Skills 8+ years of demand generation/growth marketing experience in the cloud infrastructure space A deep understanding of the developer, IT, and DevOps personas and technical audiences Track record of hitting aggressive growth goals leveraging a diverse set of channels and tactics Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement Data driven mindset Highly proficient in marketing systems and tools to drive efficiency All candidates must be US-based, and legally authorized to work in the United States. Benefits Compensation for this role depends on level, but we provide a competitive mix of salary and equity. We provide a 401(k) with a 100% match up to 3% of your salary and a 50% match up to another 2%. We provide healthcare, dental, and vision with premiums fully covered on the base plan for employees. Half of premiums are covered for dependents. We also include long term disability, short term disability, and a term life policy at no cost to employees.
