Through the Vivian Health platform, we enable staffing agencies and healthcare employers to more easily find relevant talent, communicate more efficiently, and make better hiring decisions, ultimately enabling them to serve patients more safely and effectively.   THE ROLE:  As the Sr Product Manager leading our B2B (Employer) Features team you’ll drive strategy and business outcomes for the employer-facing side of the Vivian platform. Working closely with our B2B marketing, customer success, clinician and UX research teams you’ll design and build features that help agency and health system recruiters find, engage and place candidates more efficiently. You’ll partner with our data and analytics teams to drive experiments that use machine learning to improve candidate/job matching. And of course, you’ll lead a cross-functional team in designing and building features that delight our B2B users while driving placements for our agencies and hospitals.  THE TEAM:  Our team is passionate about helping clinicians and dramatically improving the healthcare hiring experience. We value creative thinking, collaboration and resourcefulness.  Our product team is responsible for managing all software shipped to customers. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.  Product is the orchestration layer of the company. It is the team that takes competing demands from healthcare professionals, customers, and department owners, translates them into a cohesive roadmap and drives them through to speedy execution.  THE REQUIRED SKILL SET:  3+ years of product management experience shipping impactful products and features Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience creating strategic roadmaps that drive business outcomes Experience working on B2B products  Passion for the healthcare space  Track record of delivering and scaling high-impact products in startup environments THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:  The range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills.
