Focus will be placed on maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance within the departments. The Funding Manager will be responsible for leading the team of funding analysts and supervisors in the processing and funding of indirect automotive loan packages while striving to innovate and improve daily business practices.    What You’ll Do:  Manages daily operations within the funding department.  Ensures team is meeting performance expectations and holds staff members accountable by maintaining appropriate staffing levels to handle workload. Perform quality reviews of loan funding packages and provide coaching/feedback with training as needed.  Adheres to define loan structure guidelines, policies, and procedures. Maintains positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  Executes and completes project management tasks as needed. Manages and establishes volume, productivity standards and key performance measurements for the center.   What We Look For: 2 years prior experience in finance required with minimum 1 year of supervisor or management experience. Must be able to coordinate, manage and guide multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively through to completion. Team oriented and the ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency in the operations of a PC and Microsoft office applications. Must be able to communicate effectively with members, management, team members and external third parties. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.   Upgrade has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States and Canada, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets.
