The Retail Operations Manager is a key member of the retail team responsible for staff performance, order fulfilment, quality assurance, inventory accuracy, and materials procurement. This position will ensure that staffing levels at the back of the house are correct based on the needs of the business. The team member will oversee the retail market associates and will serve as QA for the store. They will work with retail and operations leadership and other teams to adjust strategies as needed.
What you'll do
Manage team member responsibilities to meet the daily business demands and productivity targets
Oversee the store operations including coordinating with logistics service providers, store opening and closing
Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures
Ensure accurate and on-time fulfilment and shipment of all customer transactions
Oversee raw materials procurement and inventory levels
Support accurate inventory through proper inventory management and cycle count procedures.
Maintain drop off receiving standards
Collaborate with training, knowledge manner, on improving the drop off process and customers experience
Provide feedback to retail market associates for questionable product
Talk to our customer, tell our stories, and provide feedback to our customers
Work closely with the Authentication Centers
Support manual work including loading or loading goods into the trucks if needed
About you
Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading a team in a warehouse/retail store setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Solid understanding of operations and quality assurance
Strong leadership presence and effective communication skills
Thorough knowledge of sneakers and streetwear
Willing to work a flexible work schedule
Ability to lift / carry 40 lbs
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Slack, and other common basic office software
Good interpersonal skill and a good team player
