You will plan and write, build, and publish technical documentation as an independent writer for a project. You will also peer review and guide more junior colleagues in their everyday work to have the maximum workforce efficiency. You will represent the documentation team in meetings with the technical experts and update the team with feedback and reviews received from them. You will develop knowledge and skills to become progressively proficient with our software products. Write, update, and edit documentation for tools for test automation, performance testing, and test management. Comprehend complex topics and transform them into a user-readable and structured document Effectively collaborate with inter-department stakeholders and technical staff to research new features, schedule documentation reviews, and publish product information. Work with UX designers on UI terms and text. Exhibit leadership and collaborative traits as a senior Advise and help junior writers to have the maximum workforce efficiency Update the team with feedback and reviews received from technical staff We are looking for you if you have: 5+ years of experience in software technical writing. Recommends better solutions for writing and structuring helpful technical content Excellent technical communication skills. Linguistic higher education with keen interest in Software/Technology/NLP/Computational Linguistics or Software-related, Technical higher education with English command on at least B2+/C1 level, both verbal and written confirmed with one of the recognized certificates (TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, CAE, CPE,  BEC Higher) Experience using XML tools to create documentation Leadership and collaborative qualities Why you should join the SmartBear crew: You can grow your career at every level.
