We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our enterprise-level solutions through developing and executing effective demand generation campaigns, including one-to-many account-based marketing. Working closely with the sales team, the ideal candidate will identify key customer segments and develop marketing strategies that resonate with those segments. The candidate will create compelling content that engages and converts potential customers, and will manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels to drive results. You will report to our VP, Demand Generation located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer. You Will: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growth for our enterprise-level solutions, including one-to-many account-based marketing campaigns Collaborate with the sales team to identify key customer segments and develop marketing strategies that resonate with those segments Create compelling content that engages and converts potential customers, including white papers, case studies, webinars, and more Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, and events Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI Work with other members of the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and bring new ideas and insights to the team As a high level individual contributor this role will be expected to support team member growth through mentorship, coaching and guidance on campaign strategy and execution You Have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field 12+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing, preferably in a software or technology company Experience developing and executing demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, and events Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI Expertise with account-based marketing, including one-to-many campaigns, and the ability to execute campaigns that target multiple stakeholders within an organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously Experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Marketo or Salesforce Familiarity with enterprise-level software solutions and the ability to speak to technical audiences Proven experience and successful track record of  leading strategy and high-visibility projects A results-driven mindset, with a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue targets Perks & Benefits: HSA, 100% employer-paid premiums, or Buy-up medical/vision and dental coverage options for full-time employees Equity - Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) with all offers Lucrative Employee Stock Purchase Program (15% discount) 401k Match to help you save for your future (50% of your contribution up to the first 6% of your eligible pay) Monthly stipend to support your work and productivity Flexible Time Away Program, plus Incidental Sick Leave Up to 24 weeks of Parental Leave Personal paid Volunteer Day to support our community Opportunities for professional growth and development including access to LinkedIn Learning online courses Company Funded Perks, including a counseling membership, primary care membership, local retail discounts, and your own personal Smartsheet account Teleworking options from any registered location in the U.S. (role specific) Smartsheet provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.
