About the role
There are thousands of components that are used on Electron and hundreds of orders that need to be supplied to internal and external customers on a just-in-time basis. The Inventory Coordinator is tasked with supporting operations teams to achieve daily/weekly production targets including facilitating any production deviations that may require re-prioritization.
This role will champion Supply Chain DIFOT and high customer service levels through the constant strive to receive and supply the right parts, to the right place, at the right time. Essential skills
Strong customer service attitude.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment & the ability to build strong working relationships.
Experience working under pressure and to tight deadlines and is Flexible and able to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
Highly organized with faultless attention to detail.
Strong team player.
Reliable and willing to work extra hours when required.
The ability to learn quickly and able to work productively without direct supervision.
Methodical and systematic.
Understanding of ERP systems with ability to master Rocket Labs ERP system.
Minimum 2 years in similar position working in a manufacturing environment.
Desired Skills
2+ years in stores environment with experience of both inwards and outwards goods
Hands on experience in stock management and quality control
2+ years' experience in manufacturing, automotive or aviation industry
