MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Sr. Manager, Digital Analytics to join the Marketing Team! Individual reports to Director, Digital Insights & Analytics. Role is remote - must reside in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Digital Analytics Sr. Manager , you will engineer and own a scalable digital analytics framework that bridges user insights across products and platforms. You will regularly interface with stakeholders across the organization to understand specific tracking and reporting needs, and then translate this into a fine-tuned implementation strategy for updating our tracking schema to effectively generate these insights. Furthermore, you will be the subject matter expert on taxonomy guidelines and tracking best practices, ensuring consistency where possible across tools, brands, and Web and App platforms.
Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
Manage and mentor team members and help them apply their strengths to achieve growth goals.
Provide digital analytics domain expertise, consulting, and troubleshooting across the organization.
Develop and maintain the tracking taxonomy and framework for the entire digital analytics tech stack (Amplitude, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, etc).
Build and maintain tracking roadmap to manage team capacity.
Create and implement a “tracking efficiency plan” to minimize pagespeed impacts of tracking.
Support product launches and updates by translating business requirements into analytics opportunities that surface actionable insights; drive the implementation of these opportunities from requirement-gathering to completion.
Act as the Ecomm stakeholder when integrating new data management technologies with existing structures and platforms while strongly advocating for data governance.
Interpret how to best leverage our analytics tools to provide high-quality insights using out-of-box and custom solutions.
Proactively seek opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Train colleagues on the proper application and use cases of newly implemented metrics and analytic tools.
Ensure proper digital integration across all company initiatives and campaigns, including pixel placement, and standardizing reporting across teams to maintain data integrity.
Continuously test and validate data collection to identify and debug issues in real-time.
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years’ required hands-on experience implementing and debugging digital analytics tracking on web products.
5+ years' preferred hands-on experience implementing and debugging digital analytics tracking app products.
Expert-level, technical understanding of how behavior is tracked on web and app, including tag management systems. Working knowledge of Javascript is a huge plus.
Experience creating a holistic digital analytics ecosystem by integrating data across analytics platforms and tools.
Mastery of a professional-grade web analytics tool (Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, GA360).
Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
