In this role, you’ll oversee the strategy, results, and talented team responsible for our creator program. Performance-oriented: we want to leverage creator communities to drive customer acquisition and authentic storytelling. The ideal candidate understands how to build and operationalize creator networks at scale.     What you’ll do: Develop and execute a robust creator strategy to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness, achieving an efficient CAC and amplifying key brand messaging and moments.  Oversee outreach to and management of influencers, including intake experience, the application process, contract and deliverable management, and overall thoughtful social media program management.  Reverse engineer virality by originating influencer campaign concepts that earn shares beyond the paid spend.  Implement a robust ‘Test & Learn’ strategy to understand creator incentive and reward models and output requirements by creator tier.   Develop an operational plan to source thousands of new creators, grow the community nationally, and engage micro-communities across key markets, interests, and life stages.  Build the overarching program infrastructure, including program brand identity and messaging, rules of engagement, toolkits, etc.  Build a robust creator content pipeline to be leveraged across other channels and funnel touchpoints at scale (incl. paid social, email, site. etc.).  Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate community features into Product roadmaps.  Manage and mentor 1-3 high-performing individuals to achieve your team’s goals.  About you: Bachelor’s degree, M.B.A. preferred, with 6+ years of experience in growth marketing and managing a high-performing team.   Demonstrated success and extensive experience in building & growing successful influencer marketing programs with a performance-first approach. Growth-oriented and analytical; comfortable with modeling and key performance marketing metrics, incl. CAC, ROI, and LTV analysis.  Strong knowledge of Excel, Looker, and Google Analytics. SQL knowledge or other analytics and business intelligence tools are a plus.  Experience using influencer CRM tools is a plus.    Deep customer acquisition experience in a digital brand in a fast-growth environment and at scale.  No challenge is too big or small. You’re equally an executor and can go deep into the details but also drive big-picture strategy. Possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset, empathy, and dedication to great consumer experiences. Collaborate well across teams in a fast-paced, competitive environment. You have exceptional written skills and can keep large teams aligned and informed. The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications, or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
