The Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist will help Pure blaze a constantly improving trail of operational excellence. One that is powered by leading products such as Marketo and SFDC, supported by various tools like Knak and Litmus for email, Zendesk for ticketing, and Workato to drive automation. This role will report into the Senior Marketing Campaign Operations Manager and will support the marketing team’s email campaign requests EMEA .  In This Role You Will: Building Marketo list logic Basic HTML experience with email templates Audience segmentation and targeted list builds Review overall email performance, inclusive of targeted audience lists, and make recommendations for improvement  Create and QA emails in Knak for marketing requestors Create advanced email marketing nurture programs A/B Testing - Run experiments to maximize delivery and conversions. Build email campaigns and targeted audiences in Marketo (e.g., landing pages, templates, forms, workflows, list building, etc.) Execute promotional and operational smart campaigns  Support the marketing team’s requests with creating and tracking programs in SFDC and Marketo.  Provide and document new ideas around processes and operating procedures, as well as enforce governance with marketing requestors. Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, automation, and other key marketing ops functions What You’ll Need To Bring To This Role 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations. B2B experience in the technology industry or similar  Proven ability to manage expectations, opinions, and feedback from multiple stakeholders and on various projects simultaneously Experience with Marketo preferred, or similar email automation platforms (ie: Eloqua, etc) Experience with SFDC or similar CRM tool Customer-focused approach Strong communication skills Basic HTML knowledge A team-player with a motivated mindset, willing to learn new skills and focused on growth BE YOU—CORPORATE CLONES NEED NOT APPLY.
