SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE... Pure Storage is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join its growing world-class legal team and support the corporate and securities function. In this role, you will report to the Director, Corporate & Securities.  You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on an exciting governance and securities program at a high-growth public company. Our legal team has a reputation for being the best our clients have ever worked with. But we've got to be honest -- you'll get to do a lot of interesting stuff.  Your responsibilities will include: Support various corporate secretarial functions, including drafting minutes, resolutions and written consents and maintaining corporate minute books and other corporate records Partner with our amazing stock administration team on various matters, including assisting administration of our pre-clearance program, reviewing 10b5-1 plans, and Form 4 filing audits Assist in managing international subsidiaries, in partnership with our International Entity Manager based in India, and handling director and officer information, corporate record keeping, and compliance processes, including gathering signatures, mailings and filings Assist corporate legal in the preparation and filing of SEC documents, including annual and quarterly reports, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings, as well as assisting with gathering factual support, officer certifications, and EDGAR code maintenance Support ongoing initiatives around the company’s ESG program and related disclosures Support planning and logistics for annual stockholder meetings Support legal aspects of acquisitions, financings and commercial and capital market transactions, including data room management and due diligence Assist office of the CEO with board of directors matters such as director onboarding, maintenance of board documents, and other board logistics Support special projects as needed, including research, organization, and project management Respond to requests for information and documents from our internal and external auditors, regulators, internal business partners, and other stakeholders Own other special projects/processes as necessary and/or desired WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE... 5+ years corporate paralegal experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities  Demonstrated experience with maintaining a reliable source of truth for corporate records and driving improvements to operational processes Experience with Google Workplace (G Suite), Diligent, Workiva, and similar tools, a plus Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, and DocuSign Location near the San Francisco Bay Area a plus, but not required A collaborative, upbeat work ethic where you can take ownership and have fun Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, including executives California Notary Public certification a plus Ability to uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality Appreciation of the impact of a highly satisfied, excited team and enjoyment of working across multiple time zones and cultures! Natural curiosity, technical savvy, and a real passion for working in a customer focused company where business, technology and law intersect The annual base salary range is: $116,000 – $174,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
