PURE IN PRAGUE We opened our R&D Second Home (besides the one in Silicon Valley) in Prague in January 2020 and since then we have experienced unbelievable growth. Our Engineers are solving complex engineering problems (from low-level system software to cloud computing) that help us innovate our cutting-edge products. Besides our world-class Software Engineering teams, we have many other talented colleagues working in Product Management, Sales, Finance, and HR to name a few. SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...  Most importantly, in this role you will be the glue that holds the organization together by being responsible for people, operations, budgets, project delivery and strategy and that will include responsibilities like (but not limited to):  Drive and track execution initiatives for the Prague site Be an advisor and thought partner to the Prague site leader, engineering VP, and other site-wide leaders and be able to stand-in during meetings, take key decisions and speak on their behalf Ensure the org is optimized and fit for purpose with the succession plan, meaning, helping to develop collaboration tools to drive Employees development, retention, and Employee Engagement  Be responsible for all business operations, this can be a subset of (Governance, annual operating planning and tracking, space management and Administration)  Work closely with the senior leadership team to establish the scope and goals of the effort and provide leadership for the program teams  Accountable for setting the Framework, processes & procedures across the Site/Business WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...  Solid track record of leading product teams and / or business operations management with a minimum of 10 years of experience Ability to hold together, drive and lead business operations and site governance  Well versed in working with international stakeholders and leaders  Possess ability to lay out plans, execute and monitor based on high level vision  A strong multitasker who can deal with multiple threads and follow through to completion  Ability to deal with ambiguity and provide clarity, cut through the clutter and bring in streamlined manner of operations  Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior success in program and/or project management Prior success working in a high growth technology organization Demonstrated ability to take charge of tough problems, attacking them from different angles and bring together a diverse array of stakeholders on the same page and drive great business results Ability to define the right metrics, track and refine them and extract insights to drive decision-making Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, concurrent priorities and projects  Qualifications:  Bachelors of Science or Graduate / master’s degree in technology or business, a plus BE YOU—CORPORATE CLONES NEED NOT APPLY.
