Our Mission Path's mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone. Path is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to join our Clinical Operations team. This role will play a crucial part in providing operational support to various functional areas and projects, ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinical operations. The successful candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and collaborate cross-functionally to implement new features and optimize system performance. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our EHR vendor and contribute to building an efficient and effective clinical operations function.  As one of the early clinical operational hires, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, define new processes, and become the company-wide expert in our EHR system. This role offers exposure to various aspects of the business and high-priority projects, providing a platform to showcase your optimization skills, drive results, and contribute to the growth of the team. If you are a fast learner, skilled at managing multiple projects, and have relevant operations experience, we invite you to join us on our mission to revolutionize healthcare.   Responsibilities:  Serve as the SME for our EHR system (AdvancedMD or AMD), providing expert knowledge and support to the clinical team.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the rollout of new features and enhancements in the EHR system.  Act as the main point of contact with our EHR vendor, attending weekly meetings and maintaining a strong working relationship.  Create and track support cases with the EHR vendor, ensuring timely resolution of issues identified by the SME.  Prepare and disseminate release notes for the EHR system in accordance with the vendor's quarterly system release schedule.  Build and maintain an internal knowledge base for the EHR system, facilitating training and providing guidance to new employees.  Assist with other clinical operations tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.  Required Knowledge and Skills:  Fast learner: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and systems.  Project management: Skilled at successfully managing multiple projects concurrently, coordinating resources, and meeting project milestones.  Operations experience: Previous experience in operations, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.  Preferred Skills (not required):  Previous start-up experience.  Healthcare industry experience.  Our Team The people of Path are what truly define our mission and determine our impact on the world.
