Principal Product Managers will organize, define, prioritize and lead the execution of a complex product roadmaps, usually responsible for more than one product in the product line. Principal Product Managers are key members in aligning solution designs into new platform services and identifying new product opportunities to drive new business growth     Your Mission  Prioritize Key themes, initiatives over timeframes   Measure customer values, competitive position, and business results   Lead team with clear purpose, drive ownership and empowerment to deliver benefits to customers / business   Identify new products and features, improve product strategy   Contributes to product and engineering strategy across teams   Responsible for product vision and thought leadership within company   Responsible for delivery of more complex/dynamic products   Obsessed with the technology and the entire customer experience   Drives Alignment across product teams, GTM teams, and architecture   Leads by influence across multiple teams in R&D   Defines OKRs for Product and engineering   Defines vision for a market   Ensures product is easy to sell    Researches and Communicates Market Drivers including new/emerging markets   Owns due diligence build/buy/partner decisions   Works as expert advisor across multiple teams   Represents needs across platform, obtaining and directing feedback   Responsible for the complex projects that may or may not be tied to releases   Acts as Solution Design stakeholder across multiple teams   Monitors existing product metrics and builds new metrics for teams   Contributes to process improvements    Monitors patents and ensures intellectual property is protected across teams   You are Expert in field   Highly independent   12+ year experience   7+ years in product management or equivalent role  Expert knowledge and proven experience delivering   platform services Expert knowledge of product capabilities and limits   Strong knowledge of identity management systems  and integrations  Extra Awesome Development experience in Java or Javascript Our Commitment to You  When you join OneTrust you are stepping onto a launching pad — the countdown has begun.
