We're looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and innovative Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our AMER TA team. This role will play a pivotal part in scaling our growing teams globally – The Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition forms an integral part of the TA leadership team. You will report directly to the VP of TA and act as a pseudo–TA Chief of Staff to support across Delivery, Enablement, Strategy, Marketing and DEI. You will be a member of the TA Leadership Team, a collaborative hub that welcomes directive talent advice whilst building the best-in-class Talent function. You will also be responsible for driving the growth of the hires internationally, whilst delivering against the FY24 TA strategy. In this role, you will work closely with our VP of Talent Acquisition and the People leadership team, along with other various business leaders globally. Your Mission Working with all areas of talent i.e. enablement, operations, marketing etc Leading a team with well-seasoned TAs through to some just past entry level Responsible for inspiring and motivating talent team members, career development, performance management & goal setting for the international TA team. Executive sponsor for our DEI&B efforts within recruiting while partnering with TA Operations, the broader People team, employee resource groups and business groups Operate as interim Chief of Staff, driving business rhythms, corporate strategy, and business reviews (QBR’s) for the TA organization. Drive long term and burst talent acquisition delivery strategy by partnering with global managers/recruiters, cross-functional stakeholders including the People leadership team, Finance, IT, Legal, and business leaders.
