The Challenge
Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, this role will be a dedicated payroll professional that will assist in the efficient operation of processing payroll for OneTrust. You will assist the Global Payroll Manager with managing all aspects of our Global Payroll Program including direction and strategy, system management and deployment, vendor selection and management, processing activities, process and procedures, reporting and compliance for our multinational team.
Your Mission
Manage multi-state US payroll, including garnishments, deductions, and taxes
Manage payroll related data entry and integrity in Workday
Subject Matter Expert on all payroll processes including but not limited to off cycle payrolls, year end processing, quarterly / annual tax processes, etc.
Support/learn international payrolls in 10+ countries
Coordinate with internal departments: Finance, HR, Accounts Payable, Operations & IT as appropriate
Respond to employee inquiries
Assist with establishing payroll in new jurisdictions domestically and internationally in accordance with all data and processing standards
Assist with ensuring accuracy in each pay cycle through extensive auditing and validating exercises
Assist with innovating and improving through systems and tools including new payroll system implementation and integrations
Other job duties and projects as needed

Problem solver, detail oriented and customer service oriented, possess analytical skills.
Have knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, v-lookup and Workday payroll.

Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work expereince
Have 5-7 years of payroll related work experience
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data appropriately
