Jackpocket is the first mobile lottery app in the U.S. that offers players a secure way to order official state lottery tickets, such as Powerball, Mega Millions, and more, via their smartphones. As a key member of the Product team, you will play an integral role in the continued development of Jackpocket's offerings, including its consumer facing app and the system, technology, and processes that support it. You will collaborate across all departments within the company and lead customer engagement across multiple touchpoints to identify meaningful insights, prioritize development roadmaps, and implement impactful product enhancements to drive positive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Manage agile ceremonies for a full stack team of engineers and assume ownership of associated aspects of the product
Ideate and execute impactful user research and engagement initiatives, including customer interviews and focus groups, to garner actionable insights and leverage them into targeted solutions and product improvements
Participate in predictive analyses and leverage user insights in collaboration with internal stakeholders for product roadmap prioritization
Lead user story mapping sessions and leverage insights into product requirements and specifications
Work closely with UX/UI designers to continuously iterate and drive improvements
Work with the data team to conduct tests, monitor, and analyze features to assess performance and decide if further iteration is needed
Qualifications
6+ years of product management experience
Extensive experience engaging with customers (interviews, focus groups, surveys, etc.) as a key input in determining what features or changes the team will prioritize
Experience working with analytics and drawing meaningful insights from quantitative analysis and user feedback and translating into executable initiatives
Ability to create and maintain clear and comprehensive product requirements and related documentation
Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog
Ability to lead the delivery of new product features from ideation to launch

The annual base compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000
This is a full-time exempt position and is not eligible for overtime under FLSA requirements.
