About the role:
K Health is currently seeking a talent acquisition partner on a three to six month contract to focus solely on the recruitment of physicians.
In this role you would be responsible for contributing to the building of the clinical recruiting function and conduct high-volume recruiting for physicians all across the US. You will be helping shape the future of K Health by hiring physicians for our telehealth practice and our new external strategic partnerships.
What you'll be doing:
Own the full cycle candidate experience from the first outreach to offer acceptance, always ensuring that candidates feel respected and cared for throughout the duration of the hiring process
Partner with the VP of Operations, Senior Workforce Manager, and Credentialing team to effectively scale our physicians workforce
Efficiently source candidates across multiple channels to build the top of funnel and determine which resources yield the best clinical candidates
Understand the K Health product, requirements needed to work on the platform, and be able to explain flawlessly to candidates
What we're looking for:
6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience recruiting for high volume clinical job requisitions in a fast-paced or startup environment
You have a deep understanding of physician recruiting and possess broad knowledge in healthcare industry trends
You are a strong communicator, act with a sense of urgency, and have strong project management skills
You excel at stakeholder management and are able to keep all internal and external stakeholders informed and engaged in the recruitment process
You focus on consistent and timely follow-up and follow-through, resulting in advancement of critical hiring initiatives
Experience with Greenhouse ATS
Experience with sourcing tools such as PracticeLink and LinkedIn Recruiter

Compensation: $75 — $80 USD
K Health offers competitive compensation packages along with stock options based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
