The Product Marketing Manager of Enablement will be responsible for designing and implementing an effective sales enablement program with the ultimate goal of driving revenue growth and internal adoption. This role will focus on building sales assets (sales facing decks, case studies), partnering with sales managers to uncover opportunity areas, developing systems to measure the impact of collateral, and eventually helping to develop verticalized enablement (e.g. Healthcare, Travel)
What you'll do:
Work with the broader Product Marketing and product and sales teams to deliver and train the team on engaging, actionable sales enablement to support the growth of the Powered by CLEAR platform and new verticals
Create and manage sales enablement content, including sales decks, case studies and testimonials, one pagers, playbook and white papers; often collaborating with Marketing and Creative teams on development and amplification of collateral
Continuously analyze and improve the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to ensure they align with CLEAR’s business objectives
Review how we sell (by analyzing Salesforce data and interviewing our sales team and partners) to identify opportunities for our team to build better enablement and sales assets
Be the in-house expert on which messages resonate best with ideal customer profiles, B2B personas, or phases of the customer journey
How you'll measure success:
Internal usage and engagement (e.g. downloads, views)
Internal effectiveness (e.g. NPS, increase of sales productivity)
Influenced lead generation or sales (e.g. MQLs, tagged in SFDC as collateral in helping to close deals)
What you're great at:
3-5 years of experience B2B SaaS with 2+ years experience in Product Marketing preferred and/or 2+ year experience in B2B marketing
Passion for customers and cross-functional collaboration with direct experience in go-to-market focused roles
Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and trainings
Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to find opportunities and actionable insights and clearly communicate to a diverse set of stakeholders
Work well cross functionally, building strong relationships to effectively partner across marketing teams and with leaders from Sales, Product and Creative organizations to obtain shared success
Strong project manager with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence others and to drive clarity and accountability around goals, success criteria, and timelines

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - 115,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
