VP, Enterprise Sales  We are looking for an experienced and results-driven VP Enterprise Sales to lead our identity-focused software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales efforts. In this role, you will oversee a team of Account Executives who will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our position in the market. You will establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the overall sales strategy for our identity-focused SaaS solutions. What you’ll do: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for our identity-focused SaaS solutions to achieve revenue and growth targets Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize individual and team performance Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in enterprise organizations to drive sales and generate new business opportunities Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for our identity-focused SaaS offerings Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities, and incorporate these insights into sales strategies and product development plans Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract signing, and post-sales relationship management Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the executive team on progress, achievements, and areas for improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in identity management, cybersecurity, and SaaS, and leverage this knowledge to enhance our sales approach and value proposition Collaborate with the executive team to contribute to the company's overall strategy and vision, provide input on sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation How you’ll measure success: Execute on sales plan Manage team such that AE hit or exceed plan Fully staffed with a strong partnership with recruiting to maintain consistent pipeline Ensure team is meaningfully engaged Establish and maintain Executive level relationships at Strategic Accounts What you’re great at: Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry Extensive experience in selling identity-focused solutions or related technologies, with a deep understanding of identity management, access controls, authentication, and related security concepts Demonstrated experience leading and managing a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, training, and motivating team members Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify growth opportunities, and deliver on revenue targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions   How You’ll be Rewarded At CLEAR we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
