With more people turning to entrepreneurship and digital products, Bubble’s solution is increasingly critical.     About the team: The Technical Success Management (TSM) acts as an advisor and problem solver for key customers. We serve as a bridge between their needs and our platform, providing them with technical guidance, training, and product support via high-touch, consultative interactions with the goal of driving real business impact. Internally, we are an integral partner to our Sales and Product teams, helping the sales team to close deals and the product team to shape the roadmap.     About the role: The TSM team is made up of highly skilled, world-class Bubble experts who are passionate about our customers and helping them achieve their goals with Bubble. We are looking for someone to lead this team. As the Lead Technical Success Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing best practices and processes to ensure the team is providing the highest level of value to our customers and internal partners. In terms of key metrics, you would most likely focus on key customer GRR and the rate at which key customers achieve key outcomes with our product that you’ll define with the product team. You will report directly to the VP of Success and work closely with other team leaders across the company.     About you: Has 5+ years of Success Management experience Has at least one year of people management experience, and is excited to be a player-coach Has owned a key retention metric (like NRR, GRR, etc.) Has experience working with APIs and investigating Application Performance Monitoring data Has built an application or tool for the internet Embodies Bubble’s values Exhibits an investigative mindset, high attention to detail, and aptitude for learning Thrives in the face of ambiguity, demonstrating an ability to problem solve with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment Has exceptional written and verbal skills; can translate complex solutions to users concisely and clearly, while collaborating with the team effectively and efficiently Can commit to working east-coast hours   What will help you excel in this role: Prior experience with Bubble — you’ve built an app or startup on the platform for yourself or a client Prior experience with Looker Has worked in an organization that utilizes OKRs and emphasizes performance against metrics   We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements listed below. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $115,000 to $155,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.   In addition, all Bubble employees are eligible for meaningful equity packages.
