Product Manager - Payments and CX

About the Team At GOAT Group, the Product Management team is responsible for driving our vision forward. Working alongside engineers and product designers, we oversee the development of new and groundbreaking tools for both buyers and sellers, ensuring they have the best possible experience across all our platforms. As a member of this team, you will be instrumental in developing new ways to connect our customers with the greatest selection of products from the past, present and future. In this role, you will: Define roadmap, requirements and priorities, working closely with business partners and engineering leaders Own product lifecycle from conception to launch, usage and optimization Define detailed product requirements and user stories Design and deliver solutions and tools for customers and internal teams with an emphasis on user experience Create, manage, and execute on roadmaps, consistently evaluating opportunities for improvement, growth, and delivery Lead a cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Design and QA to deliver new features and/or products, as well as ongoing optimizations  Define and analyze metrics and KPIs to guide product development, monitoring product health and identifying any issues early Ensure alignment and clarity around the objective throughout all stages of product delivery We are looking for: 5+ years of product management experience Experience managing software products, payment integrations Knowledge of payments and billing ecosystems  (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) Experience with CRM and customer service software and automation Experience in product management, with a track record in owning a product or large scale features, taking them from concept to launch Demonstrated experience driving prioritization, trade-offs and timelines Self-motivated with a strong desire to listen, learn and improve Proven success in motivating individuals/teams across the organization to come together to get things done Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and engineering teams Strong collaboration with stakeholders and agile delivery teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
