The Role:   Forge is seeking a People Operations Program Manager to help optimize and scale people operations processes and our HR tech stack. You will own key elements of an HRIS implementation, assist in creating an HR Service Center, and partner across the People Team, as well as cross-functionally, in a role that bounces between hands-on day-to-day activities and org-wide process improvement initiatives. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves with an eye towards building for scale and leveraging technology, and creating great employee experience, this might be the role for you!   The role is remote but must be open to occasional travel to our Bay Area offices   Responsibilities: Own the daily execution for employee processes and programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation   Partner with HR leadership on change management related to new program and process rollouts and updates, understanding business dynamics and sentiments.   Lead process improvement initiatives, proactively identifying gaps, and making/implementing recommendations to improve operational efficiencies.   Manage the HRIS workflows, ensuring it reflects accurate employee information, including but not limited to promotions, terminations, title changes, and personal information. Understand the downstream effects of these changes and proactively communicate with the employee and/or impacted teams.   Assist with the rollout of the tiered “HR Service Center” model, supported by Jira.   Respond to employee inquiries at all levels of the organization.     Qualifications:   5+ years of human resources experience and 2+ years experience in an HR Service Center environment or in People Operations   Demonstrated experience building or contributing to the creation of a service center model for employee inquiries   Passion for creating positive employee experiences and developing efficient processes throughout the entire employee journey, from initial onboarding all the way through offboarding   Previous experience administrating HRIS systems like BambooHR, ADP, etc. Highly organized and detail-oriented with focus on execution, problem solving, and improving processes Experience auditing essential company data for quality, accuracy, and integrity P roven success working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects while navigate shifting priorities     Nice to have:   Familiarity with JIRA or other service desk technology   Change management experience with HR program and process rollouts   Previous experience running payroll for an organization of 300+   For residents of San Francisco/Bay Area, CA or New York, NY the annual salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 + bonus & equity. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors Forge implements a mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, which applies to all employees.
