The opportunity:
As part of our recent growth, we are building out our Global Rewards team. This is a great opportunity to take on a new role as a Global Rewards Operations & Experience Program Manager, an integral part of our Global Rewards Operations, Data Intelligence and Experience team. You will work closely with teammates, the broader People team and business leaders to deliver competitive and compelling rewards to support Flexport’s employees around the world with simple, compelling rewards experiences, standardized processes and clear policies, all backed by data.
You will:
Complete in-depth SWOT (or similar) analyses of current rewards programs: conduct research, define current experience, analyze data and identify patterns and opportunities across compensation and benefits programs
Conduct / evaluate data modeling and cost analysis to produce recommendations to support new initiatives or enhancements to existing plans
Build / support the creation of and then leverage personas, journey maps, employee lifecycles with specific focus on the impact of rewards
Evaluate, manage and administer the suite of rewards-related tools used by Flexporters
Craft policies and processes specific to rewards, including defining key roles and responsibilities within Global Rewards and key partners
Monitor and manage current and emerging trends in rewards
Support the benefit renewal process and the annual benefits budget process, building exceptional experiences in these areas for Flexporters
Build creative presentations, striking visuals, clear policies and concise processes
You should have:
2+ years of rewards experience
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, including ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations, training, communications and visuals
Experience writing, reviewing or being a key part of crafting policies and processes related to rewards
Strong attention to detail alongside an ability to see the big picture and think end-to-end
Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards
Previous experience working with, creating and crafting employee experiences, including journey maps, personas, moments that matter, employee lifecycles, behavioral economics
Strong aptitude for working and being successful in a virtual and culturally diverse team; working effectively through email, Slack and virtual meetings
Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities
Curiosity, creativity; big ideas and ability to translate those into realistic opportunities
