The Everlane creative team connects marketing and business objectives to the creative heartbeat of the brand. The creative team is composed of individuals, taste makers and innovative thinkers, that collaborate on all levels of the brand’s creative content, from product campaigns, the brands digital ecosystem, retail, to social media and beyond. The Sr.Stylist will collaborate with Creative Leadership to develop and execute a consistent brand style direction, applying it to all levels of the creative execution, from editorial, to e-commerce and social media. They will participate in cross functional collaborations on a daily basis, connecting with the Creative, Marketing and the Project Management teams to ensure that successful product stories are told through the styling. The Sr. Stylist will organize and manage the styling workflow of the creative studio, ensuring that seasonal stories and the style identity of the brand are executed across all levels of communication.
The Sr. Stylist will partner with the sample coordinator and the production team to keep the closet up to date. Organizing evergreen and carryover products, and removing items according to exit dates. The Sr. Stylist will manage a roster of freelance talent that will contribute in the creative executions. This role requires management and communication skills, as well as organizational skills.
This is a full-time role based in our Los Angeles Creative Studio located in the Arts District. This is a hybrid work schedule.
Your day-to-day:
Manage and organize the sample closet at the creative studio
Collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Production on product stories
Executes styling for weekly e-commerce productions
Organize and executes style outs for editorial and social productions
Collaborates with the creative team on e-commerce style guides
Research and creates inspiration boards for seasonal executions
Research and sources of styling props
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3 to 5 years design experience, preferably in-house and or editorial experience.
Ability to execute creative styling solutions based on business and brand’s needs.
Interest in fashion design, constructions, materials and fabrications.
Deep knowledge of photography and fashion history.
Passionate about fashion trends, brands, styling and product creation.
Knowledge of organizational tools, such as Airtable and Google Apps.
The Fine Print:
At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The annual compensation range for this role is : $76,000- 100,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographic location.
