Learn more at www.doubleverify.com. What you’ll do  As part of the Sales Operations team, you’ll be responsible for the quality of our data inputs in our CRM of record, Salesforce. Our CRM data is what drives the overall business to understand how we are performing, helps us set and assess progress towards our goals, and ensures we have the data we need to effectively communicate with our customers in a meaningful way. In this role, you will work across functions and geographies to ensure that we have a high degree of accuracy and cleanliness to all of our data. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to train them on best practices, help troubleshoot any errors they encounter, provide reporting and insights which help them in their roles and offer guidance in ways to improve how they operate. Core responsibilities include: Trains new and existing sales functions on our pipeline management / projection opportunity process so our finance team has access to high quality data Provides reporting and outreach in a regular cadence to call out incorrect pipeline opportunities in Salesforce Helps to troubleshoot error messages due to user error which arise in Salesforce as our sales team is attempting to make adjustments to their projections Develops a process for and timeline around regular reviews of lead and contact data in partnership with marketing and provide outreach and recommendations to the sales teams when necessary to correct errors or mishandling Partners with Salesforce Operations to oversee and QA the development of new features in Salesforce to improve our data quality Updates account and opportunity ownership of Salesforce records due to adjustments in employee headcount and territory Educates our Commercial team on data governance documentation and best practices and helps to ensure compliance (or report areas where compliance is lacking) Performs regular audits and data cleanup initiatives to ensure compliance with data governance best practices and guidelines Manages the creation of new account records in Salesforce and leverages third party tools to assist with the accurate mapping of additional data such as industry vertical, corporate hierarchy, naming conventions, etc. Leverages insights from 3rd party tools (i.e. Pathmatics & LinkedIn) to provide strategic recommendations / leads to our sales teams, helping to uncover new revenue oppportunities Who you are Experience working with large amounts of data / databases, preferably in online media Possess a collaborative, positive approach to problem solving Interested in learning more about revenue reporting, forecasting, using data to make strategic decisions / recommendations for a territory and business Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence Experience with working with large sets of data, with a general interest in data integrity and data best practices Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate best practices and relatively complex processes in a simple manner to drive action / improvement. Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive “can-do” approach Previous experience working with Sales teams or Account Management teams a plus Experience with or knowledge of the marketing industry, DSP’s, and agencies a plus Experience in working in Salesforce would be preferred but isn’t required
