About the team Instrumental in growing and retaining our VSB (very-small business) customer base, our VSB Sales Team delights and excites our VSB customers, helps them start a trial of Dialpad and works with them through their trial to set them up for success. Using your problem-solving skills and inherent motivation to help others, you will delight and assist our customers from their first touchpoints with Dialpad. Dialpad’s VSB team plays an essential role in the Sales Organization. This team partners closely with Support, Marketing, and other Sales teams to constantly improve the customer experience. Your Role Dialpad’s VSB Sales Specialists will help future customers start a free trial of Dialpad and work with them through their trial to set them up for success.  In this role, you’ll combine your ability to help people, actively listen to their problems/needs, and match how Dialpad can solve their problems uniquely, so they stay a Dialpad customer for a long time. This position reports to our Manager, VSB Sales Philippines and has the opportunity to be based in our Manilla/Remote Office. Preferred working hours are 10AM-6PM PST, remote position What you’ll do Own non-trial to trial lead conversion, trial to paid lead conversion, and team revenue targets Make an impact with our customers as you will be their first point of contact Partner with Billing, Support, Marketing, and other sales teams to bring forth the best customer experience possible Research and keep up to date with product changes that will benefit your customers You’ll get first hand experience on a full sales cycle (from initial interest to closed-won deals) You’ll be the first point of contact for our Sales Lines and Live Chat, speaking with people predominantly in North America, some at times, all over the world! You’ll help our future customers sign up for a trial, work with them through the trial and set them up for future success Skills you’ll bring   Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Business Administration is preferred but not required) Ability to read, write, and speak english fluently Previous experience in sales or customer service High level of emotional IQ A high level of energy and willingness to learn! Experience with Salesforce, VoIP industry, and Outreach preferred by not required Experience with G-suite Who you are You’re someone who is looking to jumpstart their career in SaaS Sales at a company that’s unique and growing.
