Your role
Dialpad has an exciting marketing opportunity for a strategic-minded, scrappy executor who understands the power of product lead growth and wants to help us bring it into our B2B environment. This role will oversee existing and run new programs for our existing customer base, deepening their engagement to achieve a baseline of usage + activation. Once customers have hit milestones in accessing the product value, the focus of the Marketing Campaign Manager will be on running campaigns to help accounts expand their usage of our product.
The Lifecycle Campaign Manager, Expansion will be accountable for hitting product lead growth goals by building programs, working across marketing teams to execute, and successfully delivering campaign responses to teams like Sales and CX for follow up. We need someone who has proven experience in developing and delivering multiple successful lead generation campaigns in a SaaS B2B environment. This role will have a variety of channels at their disposal and should be comfortable acting as a leader on different types of initiatives. This role is here to best enable our revenue org to delight our customers, so creativity, sense of humor, and empathetic spirit are highly encouraged. This position reports to our Sr. Manager, Lifecycle and can be based in our Argentina office.
What you’ll do
Scope, design, and execute marketing programs that grow customer lifetime value and drive incremental revenue within our Install Base
Act as a primary partner to the sales (Strategic Account Managers) and customer success orgs to develop upsell and cross-sell strategies
Become an expert on our customer experience + lifecycle as well as develop a strong foundation of the Dialpad platform offerings by developing relationships with our CX, Sales, and PMM teams
Work cross functionality with marketing teams (customer marketing, lifecycle, events, demand gen) to on multi-channel initiatives
Work collaboratively with finance and leadership to define and understand marketing contribution on product lead growth KPIs
Partner with data and rev ops teams to track the progress of upsell and cross sell campaigns, find opportunities for improvements from data
Communicate, educate, and update project health to stakeholders on strategies, plans, and results
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Continuously monitor industry trends and new technologies to ensure Dialpad’s lead nurturing strategy remains innovative and effective.
Skills you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree with Marketing focus
5 years in demand gen or customer/lifecycle marketing roles
Motivated to find common ground and true partnership with cross-functional teams (Sales, Growth, Customer Experience, Revenue Ops, Creative)
Ability to translate data into strategic insights that power and personalize marketing programs
Background in working collaboratively with Analytics, Marketing Ops, Finance, and other teams
Comfortable acting as project manager or taking the lead on cross functional initiatives
Comfortable explaining and educating teams on new concepts and campaign types
Goals and results driven. Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to prioritize, and problem solve: someone who uses instinct + information to manage their time effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good Excel skills
Salesforce experience required
Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation platform) experience a plus
