Your Role Dialpad is looking for a Go-to-market (GTM) Research Analyst who will sit on the Marketing team and assist in delivering high quality pipeline through research and actionable account intelligence. This role will fuel targeted marketing programs driven from various channels, but also aid in Sales and SDR outbound campaigns. What You'll Do: Primary support for Marketing, Sales, and SDR functions through research and analysis of our customers, prospect accounts, leads, market trends and competition. Work with various 3rd party partners to determine and carry out research projects Leverage data from internal and external sources to provide insights around business problems and issues potential prospects are facing  Continuously log and update findings in SFDC, providing visibility for all teams  Leverage various intelligence gathering methods, including reviewing call scripts from Sales and SDR teams on identified target accounts Monitor various industry publications, annual reports, and other written materials to review and summarize the data, providing actionable insights to both Marketing and Sales teams  Other research or Sales/Marketing support as deemed necessary Skills you’ll bring : Bachelor’s degree At least 2 years of relevant work experience in B2B tech or market research Strong organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills Ability to collaborate/cooperate with cross functional teams Dialpad benefits and perks Equity, balance, and belonging At Dialpad, we strive to ensure that Dialers are free to bring their full selves to work each day, and champion the intersectionality that exists between gender identity, ethnicity, age, disability status, and the many other aspects of our greater humanity.
