Are you deeply integrated into Web3, with a Web2 background, and know how to grow engagement with various audiences and communities in the space? Are you a master at driving content strategy and distribution? We’re looking for a leader to own the communications and platform growth strategy for a member of our C-suite team. WHAT YOU WILL DO Own the cross-platform communications strategy for one executive, becoming a trusted advisor and resource on all matters relating to public perception and profile. This includes content across blogs, social media, presentations, events, media appearances, and other channels as needed. Create and execute strategies that elevate the executive’s persona, online influence, publicity and overall voice in key audience segments and themes Work closely with leadership across Corporate Communications, Social Media, Events, and other marketing operations teams to execute against an integrated strategy  Establish platform reach and engagement goals Develop and foster relationships with press, media, speaking, and other engagements for our leaders Own creation and distribution of downstream content based on primary content created by our leaders Write presentations, speeches, and talking points for live events, podcasts and interviews WHAT YOU WILL BRING Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or relevant degree 8+ years in a communications, PR, or campaign management role for a C-Level executive Proven experience in developing  and managing effective PR and thought leadership campaigns for executives across a range of channels Dynamic storytelling mindset that proactively creates and defines new trends of strategic importance and aligns communications strategy to seize opportunities Connected to financial and tech related events, conferences, parties and dinners. Can consistently find opportunities new networking opportunities  Strong knowledge of how to harmonize executive messaging across all channels, both owned and earned, to build momentum behind thought leadership Intermediate - Advanced level of crypto and blockchain knowledge Exceptional communications and copywriting skills Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations Strong leadership and management skills.
