We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Talent Marketplace team. This person will be responsible for growing our B2B sourcing product and candidate talent pool. The Blind community is a great source of experienced tech talent, and we’re working to create innovative ways for job seekers and employers to match with each other more efficiently. The recruiting product provides access to our candidates, possesses unique attributes not found on LinkedIn, sets up warm introductions, and offers recommended candidates based on your hiring needs and behaviors.
This is a remote position with a Pacific time zone work schedule.
Responsibilities
Drive growth and engagement for our sourcing product and candidate profiles
Lead new efforts leveraging generative AI for messaging and ML for recommendations
Balance efforts across the two-sided marketplace across candidates and employers
Develop a product roadmap, write requirements, and work in an agile environment
Collaborate with go-to-market teams to market, sell, and engage our B2B customers
Present regularly to the leadership team on strategy and project deliverables
Basic qualifications
5+ years of experience building B2B subscription, marketplace, or search products
Experience taking products from 0 to 1 and finding product-market fit
Launched several innovative products that address unmet customer needs
Ability to work in a scrappy environment while having a long-term product vision
Great eye for design and experience leading customer research
Deep technical understanding and ability to earn trust with engineers
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data from in-house and 3rd party tools
Clear communication around the “why” through user-backed or business rationale
Blind's minimum cash compensation salary range for this role is $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD per year. This salary range includes compensation for multiple job levels. Your job level will be based on an assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask about to understand in more detail. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors. Salary is just one component of our total rewards package for employees at Blind.
