About the Role:  The Director of International PR will report into the VP of Communications and Publicity. The communications team gets the opportunity to tell the Tubi story to a wide variety of audiences from consumers and partners to advertisers and employees. Tubi’s unique platform enables unmatched creativity in storytelling making the communications function fun and energizing. We’re looking for a strategic, collaborative media-savvy storyteller and creative strategist who can expertly lead integrated communication campaigns with internal and external partners. You will be responsible for big-picture thinking and high-level execution, managing agency partners, maintaining a steady drumbeat of international PR initiatives, and finding creative ways to turn press coverage into opportunities to drive awareness for Tubi’s brand, mission and product offerings. This position will either be based in London, United Kingdom or New York City.   What You'll Do: Develop a communications strategy that delivers against Tubi’s brand promise and value propositions in priority markets including ad trade, content, entertainment/publicity, product, consumer and crisis communications through news moments delivering a strategic and steady drumbeat of press coverage. Lead regionally relevant campaigns leveraging insights/data and storylines around product launches, content partnerships, ad business news, seasonal moments, brand and influencer partnerships, data-driven lists and trend reports that elevate the Tubi brand. Work cross functionally with team members in marketing, engineering, legal, product, social, creative, ad sales, publicity and more to ensure programs and campaigns are holistic. Build a media event and longer term thought leadership strategy mapping to trade, entertainment, tech and consumer priorities. Develop communications materials including messaging, media statements, press releases, blog posts, and presentations.  Identify, prepare and media-train Tubi’s international spokespeople for press interviews.  Build and maintain strong relationships with international trade, tech, entertainment, consumer and business media. Manage external agencies to drive meaningful, consistent coverage and counsel. Qualifications:  Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience  8+ years of proven communications experience with consumer, technology and/or product brands. Strong preference for experience with ad tech and platform communications experience. You can take technical and analytic concepts and communicate them in simple and compelling ways.  Demonstrated ability to deliver high impact strategic external communication plans and results. Well versed in managing complex issues and multiple priorities with sound judgment and adaptability. Strong media relations experience and relationships not only with traditional journalists but with emerging outlets. Excellent writer and detail-oriented editor with knowledge of journalistic style. Accomplished communicator and presenter with a track record of success and exceptional business partnering at all levels of an organization. #LI-Remote #LI-Hybrid Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements , the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
