The Manager, Photography plays a crucial role in ensuring our photo studio, located within our Phoenix Authentication Center, is operating efficiently. This manager will be responsible for the daily operations of a team of Photography Production Assistants and Fashion Product Handlers working in a high-volume, fast-paced photo studio. The most qualified candidates will have a strong leadership background with a focus on managing KPIs in a fast-paced, production driven environment. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
