As a University Recruiter , you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and hiring talented students and recent graduates for Moloco. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with universities, organizing recruitment events, and implementing effective strategies to identify and attract top university talent. Your ability to connect with students, represent Moloco positively, and execute successful recruitment campaigns will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute university recruitment strategies to attract top talent from targeted universities and colleges.
Build and maintain relationships with university career services offices, faculty members, student organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop university-specific recruitment plans.
Plan and coordinate recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and campus visits.
Conduct presentations and engage with students to promote Moloco's employment opportunities and employer brand.
Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job boards, social media, and university databases.
Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit with Moloco.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and addressing inquiries.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Stay up-to-date with university recruitment trends, best practices, and industry developments to enhance recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent.
Track and analyze recruitment data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of university recruitment initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse, or other relevant databases.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in university recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles is preferred.
Strong knowledge of university recruiting strategies, processes, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with students, faculty, and university stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant software.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to attend recruitment events and university visits.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations is a plus.
Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, AIRS) is a plus.
