One-to-One Acquisition Marketing Manager - Remote

MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented One-to-One Acquisition Marketing Manager to join the eCommerce Team ! Individual reports to the Email Marketing Manager . Role is  remote; must reside in the United States . ABOUT THE ROLE As One-to-One Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of developing and executing acquisition marketing campaigns from end-to-end to drive revenue and improve customer personalization via Mint’s One-to-One marketing channels (including email, SMS and more). This role is highly collaborative and thrives on agile, cross-departmental support .   Your usual day of awesomeness includes:  Working with One-to-One Acquisition Marketing Team to plan and develop multi-channel messaging content calendars with consideration from cross-functional initiatives and cross-channel alignment. Developing a strategic testing roadmap and analyzing results to optimize channel-by-channel performance and build a best-in-class acquisition marketing program that delivers quantifiable results. Partnering with internal creative agency to oversee all aspects of the asset creation process (e.g., briefing copy and design teams, reviewing creative with input from key stakeholders, and providing actionable creative feedback). Designing, testing and deploying pre-purchase marketing messages including email campaigns, automated multi-channel journeys and SMS campaigns. Documenting and presenting messaging campaigns, tests and optimizations in regular performance reports. Keeping informed on industry trends and best practices, competitive landscape, etc. apply insights to strategy.  WHAT YOU BRING 4+ years experience in email or content marketing preferred. Experience with enterprise level ESP platforms and reporting tools (Braze, Amplitude, etc.). Understanding of email and SMS marketing industry best practices to improve program performance. Ability to organize, present, and articulate data in a clear manner. Ability to work cohesively with a cross-functional team and effectively manage change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond to changing deadlines and priorities.
