About the role:
A Sales Development Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives to create qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will be responsible for a team quota, and ensuring your team has the necessary resources and support to hit departmental targets. This role will report to the Senior Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Guide your team to develop new opportunities consistently at or above your quota via consistent training and weekly meetings with agents
Actively monitor and audit agent pipelines and front end activity to ensure consistent cadence
Use data to find areas of opportunity within the sales funnel to drive increased performance
Understand and apply proven concepts of cross functional partnership
Manage competing priorities in a high volume transaction environment
Requirements:
5 or more years of sales experience
1 year of leadership experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous responsibilities
Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
For Colorado-based candidates, the budgeted range is $70,000-$75,000 but actual compensation may vary based on experience including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in incentive plans, and the Company’s benefits plans.
