We will also invest in your development and strategic thinking abilities, along with your analytical skills The Strategic Finance Senior Associate will help provide support for both financial and strategic analyses across the business. Because of the central nature of the function, this individual will have an opportunity to see performance and outcome of all teams, and learn how success is defined in a hyper growth company. Responsibilities include: Month-end close Forecasting and budget processes Ad hoc strategic analyses (unit economics, ROI analyses, etc.)  Maintain key financial and operational dashboards Continue to drive financial accuracy across the company   Qualifications Must-Haves  2+ years of work experience in investment banking, venture capital or private equity; or a finance role in a high growth startup Strong understanding of 3 financial statements  Strong financial modeling skills Attention to detail Data driven and analytical Preferred  Strong organization and communication skills Highly collaborative with cross functional teams   Our Team The people of Path are what truly define our mission and determine our impact on the world.
