To accomplish this, you must be able to identify key gaps or areas for process improvement; create a project framework and drive success by aligning all the key stakeholders. Responsibilities Include: Your Mission Enhanc ing and maintaining SalesLoft for BDR organization Create new team cadences Create new snippets Update cadences Maintain vendor relationship with SalesLoft Recruiting for BDR organization Help the recruiting team build, qualify and maintain a bench of top tier Business Development talent Salesforce.com management for the BDR organization Build & maintain reports Build & maintain dashboards Maintain data integrity in Salesforce Ensure territories are aligned properly Help assign leads in conjunction with MOPs Maintain lead queues Supporting Enablement for the BDR Organization Coordinate weekly enablement sessions Help update our learning management tool with most up to date content Assist in onboarding Run enablement sessions Outbound prospecting Tech Stack Management & Expansion Helping to manage lead routing from our Marketing Automation solution Identify new tools that can aid in our prospecting efforts Process documentation Documenting newly created processes You Are A highly motivated individual that wants to learn the in’s and out’s of a Go To Market organization. Someone who is data driven, organized, and likes a challenge.
