The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, stability, and compliance of our Microsoft 365 solutions, providing technical leadership in solution architecture and engineering, and developing and implementing best practices. Your Mission To provide IT support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, on-boarding/off-boarding and managing all windows/mac end user tickets.   As a Senior Principal IT Systems Engineer, you will:   Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including but not limited to eDiscovery, Compliance, and Search and Intelligence   Provide technical leadership in Microsoft 365 solution architecture and engineering, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and operational procedures for Microsoft 365 solutions Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 solution architecture and engineering, providing guidance and support to other members of the IT team Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure Microsoft 365 solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of Microsoft 365 solutions, troubleshoot and resolve issues as necessary Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Microsoft 365 solution architecture and engineering Develop and implement training and adoption programs for users of Microsoft 365 solutions   You Are You are someone who loves autonomy but also is a strong team player and is willing to learn things quickly with minimal direction. You are comfortable working with multiple tools and software in a high paced and fast changing environment. You are someone with a strong security mindset and understands the co-relation between IT and Security. You are someone with strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to members across multiple teams. You are passionate for high quality work and attention to detail. You are someone who maintains a high awareness of latest IT and Security trends.   Your Experience Includes   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field   At least 10 years of experience in IT systems engineering, with a focus on Microsoft 365 solution architecture and engineering   Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions, including but not limited to eDiscovery, Compliance, and Search and Intelligence Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business needs Strong understanding of cloud solution architecture and engineering principles Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs Experience in monitoring and optimizing the performance and availability of Microsoft 365 solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Certifications in Microsoft 365 solution architecture, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are preferred.   Extra Awesome Previous experience with management of endpoint security solutions like antivirus/antimalware, privilege management, DLP etc   Recent experience with modern endpoint management technologies like Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune and JamfPro   Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365 SAAS apps   Experience with Apple DEP and Windows AutoPilot for factory/white glove device delivery   Benefits As an employee at OneTrust, you will be a part of the OneTeam. That means equity, bonuses, unlimited PTO, and 100% paid medical benefits (and that’s just the beginning!).    Our employee rewards philosophy spans mental, physical, and emotional well-being because we want our people to succeed both in and out of the office. Some benefits differ depending on region, but here’s what you can expect from our OneTeam Total Rewards Program:   Competitive Compensation:  We offer top pay for top talent with competitive total packages including equity for all, performance bonuses, and retirement savings with match.
