This individual will set team goals, hire, and manage hyper-talented engineers, and prioritize projects while also being actively involved in all IT I nfrastructure and IT O perations decision-making , requirement identification , and ensuring that the team executes with excellence. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to envision, conceptualize and develop key technologies and processes to enhance OneTrust's internal IT practices.     Your Mission Manage/Supervise a global team of IT Operations Engineers based in AMER, EMEA, and APAC supporting all OneTrust employees and contractors with their corporate IT needs.   Collaborate with IT Management peers in US, EMEA, and APAC in supporting our global user base and operations needs including design, buildout, and documentation of new tools and processes.    Collaborate with other departments like InfoSec to roll out new IT Security initiatives. Implement innovative technologies using AI/automation to enhance the end-user experience. Work with Legal, Procurement, and other teams in onboarding new IT tools, help with contract renewals and build vendor relationships. Ability to manage multiple programs and projects with competing priorities against documented business goals. Well versed with ITIL practices including Change and Incident Management.   You Are Technology oriented: You may not be the only hands involved in a project, but you don’t mind getting involved and have deep understanding of current trends and technologies   A Relationship builder: Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner vertically within the business unit, as well as with leadership and functional teams   A Strategic thinker: Ability to map joint organizational vision and long-term thinking, imagination, and idea generation   Your Experience Includes: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field    Minimum of 10+ years of IT Operations leadership experience with a strong track record of successful delivery of complex projects in the corporate IT space.    Recent experience in IT operations, technical troubleshooting, and managing teams.    Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and MDM solutions.   Recent experience leveraging AI bots and integrating with ITSM and IM tools to help automate routine IT requests and create and manage employee self-service resources.
