The Audit, Risk and Compliance (ARC) Product Management team is a global function responsible for achieving market dominance in our target markets of Audit, Risk, Compliance and InfoSec. We are responsible for defining and executing on both the short and long-term product strategy in close partnership with our ‘triad’ partners Engineering and UX. We work across every team in Diligent along with customers and partners to develop unrivalled knowledge on the needs of both of existing users and the market as a whole; and utilise this knowledge to deliver on Diligent’s business goals. As well as our core responsibility to build an industry leading GRC platform we also serve as SME’s and a centre of excellence for Product, Market and Domain knowledge across the business. Business Object Service supports our Diligent Risk products for providing flexibility in terms of attributes, workflows, events and handlers. This service is essential to enable our customers to configure our risk applications as per their business needs. This service is critical for making our Risk Management customers a success! Key Responsibilities Responsible for identifying, defining and articulating the Customer’s met and unmet needs to drive innovation help our customers get their jobs done better. Develop and implement the product strategy that align to the company vision and strategy. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business domain, applying problem-solving skills to address critical and complex issues to ensure the product evolves to make our customers successful at their jobs. Track product performance, user engagement, and outcomes. Rigorously, prioritize the backlog, define success criteria, own trade-off decisions and guide the engineering and UX design teams on the right design choices for our customers. Be involved in product launch/release processes to coordinate x-functionally with your product marketing partner to inform product positioning, packaging and supporting collateral. Own customer/stakeholder engagement for major product issues and design product value propositions for large audiences (e.g., PR, Marketing, Sales). Required Experience/Skills 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS software industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, product marketing, and sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills with one or more reports and the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Passion for technology and a strong desire to innovate and drive change. Understand the entire software development lifecycle and are experienced in agile cross-functional environments and being a part of autonomous teams. You are experienced using product management software (e.g. Aha!) and best practices. You are experienced in using process (e.g. Confluence) and workflow software (e.g. JIRA) and best practices. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. Preferred Experience/Skills Existing GRC or related Ethics, Corporate and Regulatory experience preferable but not necessary.
