The Role Veeva Systems, a leader in cloud-based solutions for the global life sciences industry, is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join our RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) group. The Customer Success Consultant will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using knowledge of company products and programs. This is a full-time, exempt, position. What You'll Do Support the Project Manager with activities through Start-up Be the primary point of contact through Maintenance and Closeout of a project Perform skilled duties such as creating, reviewing, coordinating, and managing a variety of deliverables for assigned projects Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad issues associated with managing the delivery of complex systems and projects Respond to inquiries about projects Lead various project status and review meetings Requirements Two+ year degree or equivalent experience One+ years of experience in a customer support role One+ years of experience in a regulated industry One+ years of RTSM/IRT experience Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Nice to Have Zendesk Google Docs #RemoteCroatia Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
