The CrowdStrike Managed Services team is responsible for delivering tools, features and capabilities for our Falcon Complete team and its customers. Falcon Complete is a 24/7 team of security analysts focused on triaging, investigating and remediating malicious activity on our customers’ endpoints, accounts and cloud workloads. This is a very hands-on PM role where you will interact with Engineering, Internal Customers, Marketing, and peers in Product Management. In this role you will work with the Managed Services engineers and Falcon Complete analysts to bring new internal and external features & capabilities to market. You will interact with CrowdStrike customers, partners and various cross functional groups to understand their pain points, define use cases that we need to address, and make prioritization decisions. This role will require the candidate to periodically undergo and pass additional background and fingerprint check(s) consistent with government customer requirements.Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesWork closely with the Falcon Complete team and be their internal and external championDevelop product requirements incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reachDefine and maintain a roadmap for CrowdStrike’s Managed Services team in concert with other PMs and stakeholdersCollaborate with UX Research and UX Designers to prioritize and deliver enhancements for the Falcon console or internal analysts interfacesLeverage best practices, processes, and methodology from Design and UX disciplines Develop an understanding of various customer profiles by speaking frequently with customers, prospects, and others to explore work styles and identify pain points, translating them into deliverables Partner with Product Marketing to help define go-to-market strategy & messaging, assist with product positioning, benefits, and target personasSpend time collaborating with key stakeholders, to bring innovative products to market that meet business, quality and functional goalsDesired Skills & ExperienceProduct Management at enterprise-level SaaS organizationsEvidence of delivery of impactful user experiences and designs.
