You look to learn about technologies outside of your realm of expertise from your teammates and are passionate about teaching them likewise.What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?Aria Operations is the leading tool today in hybrid cloud management domain. Our goal is to be the leader in the public cloud management domain as well. We need someone who can collaborate with Product Management and existing engineering teams to design, develop, and publish software supporting a highly available, fault tolerant, multi cloud SaaS platform. You will need to investigate software problems that have been found by customers and develop code changes to fix those problems.As part of the platform/multi-cloud-financial-management team you will be involved in writing code, design, and development of scalable software. You will participate in all phases of the software development cycle as part of a Scrum team. Work in multi-functional agile teams to regularly experiment, iterate, and deliver on new product objectives with end-to-end responsibility for your team’s goals.Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?Within 1 month of employment, become familiar with the basic of monitoring and the Aria Operations product.Within 3 months, become competent in Aria Operations and Chargeback UI Console as well as the technologies and tools we use for building slick and performant web user interfaces. You will also be helping the team with UI code reviews, improvements and bug fixes.Within 3-6 months, contribute to key UI platform features such as UI accessibility, telemetry, and higher value UIs like dashboarding, reporting and data visualisation.After 6+ monthsLead initiatives to design, build, deliver and maintain major frontend product and UI platform features in the highest quality standards, working with the latest frameworks and technologies.You will be regularly evaluated on the quality of the product you create and the code you write to ensure continued advancement of your technical skills in an environment that looks to expand them.As a member of the Aria Operations development group you will be expected to work with multiple geo-distributed backend teams, and all your deliverables must align with the group’s development and deployment standards.What type of work will you be doing?
