We’re looking for an individual who can build and foster positive and constructive relationships with some of industry’s most influential product design & manufacturing companies to implement modern methodologies and processes, particularly related to the use and adoption of cloud-based tools.As a Prodsmart Implementation Manager on the team, you will fill a key role in ensuring our most important prospects and customers have a high-quality sales experience. You will lead technical validation via assisted trial and post-sale implementation of Prodsmart for our customers, clearly articulating and demonstrating the benefits customers can gain from the use of Autodesk’s cloud-based MES. ResponsibilitiesWork alongside Sales as the ultimate product expertThoroughly understand all aspects of Prodsmart to explain the technology to all types of usersSuccessfully lead customers through an assisted trial of Prodsmart and subsequent implementation during their first 30 days as a customerDevelop and manage deep relationships with customers to drive adoption of ProdsmartUnderstand key aspects of our customers’ business needs and be able to apply Autodesk technologies to drive improvementRepresent Autodesk and its leading customers through the delivery of articles, presentations, demonstrationsLeverage modern communication channels (blogs, social media, etc.) as required to communicate to customers and with the wider design and development communityDeliver feedback to marketing & product development to drive improvements in our offerings and strategyMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in a customer facing, sales, or consultant roleExceptional communication skills in English /B2 minimum required (additional languages are a plus)Strong persuasion, organization and relationship building skillsExceptional communication and presentation skills to clarify and summarize complex issues for executives, business leaders, and end users. You’ll need to be a great storyteller and effortlessly adapt your communication style depending on the audienceAbility to handle multiple time-sensitive projects at once and be at ease leading and influencing cross-functional teams without formal authorityHighly motivated with a mature and positive attitude and a passion for working with designCreativity, fresh thinking, and a willingness to learnAn ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts in simply understood termsExperience in working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesPreferred QualificationsStudies or working field experience in mechanical engineering or marketing-related field experience with at least one of the following applications: Fusion 360, Inventor, SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer, Siemens NX, or market competitorManufacturing backgroundExperience with MES/ERP software#LI-POSTAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
